Constant force spring

The constant force spring consists of strip material, which has been shaped and pre-tensioned into a tightly wound roll. The spring is used in a linear movement and produces almost constant force throughout its deflection. Constant force springs can be fitted in a number of ways and extended partly or completely. There is practically no limit on extension speed and acceleration.

Helical torsion springs in a wide range of variations

The torsion spring can be a left-handed spiral or a right-handed spiral.When one leg rotates relative to the other, they generate force and torque.The size of our spiral torsion springs ranges from 0.03-26mm. We choose the wire diameter, spring body diameter, length and spacing to meet your requirements.For a closed helical torsion spring, there will be friction between the coils, resulting in a lag in torque angle performance.There are generally two common types, single-turn and double-turn torsion springs.Normally, the coil is controlled inside the mandrel, but it can also be controlled outside the cylindrical housing.With fixed assembly legs, the spring type can work without coil body control.The tangent branch has the lowest stress, but there may be different types of radial and axial branches.In many cases, the strain of the leg must be considered in the design.
